Job summaryThe Amazon Community Together (ACT) Program is seeking a Contracts Manager who will embrace a hybrid function within our rapidly growing business.
Within this role your primary responsibilities will be focused on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of third-party contractual relationships, including products and services agreements, orders, amendments, and NDAs.
Secondary responsibilities will utilize your skillset for project and process management, providing consultation to ACT leadership in the development of new community engagement volunteer opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have the demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a highly ambiguous environment and the proven ability to influence decision making at all levels.
This role will be seated at a designated campus to drive continued collaboration and enhanced team interactions as part of the development of new volunteer opportunities for the ACT program.
As a member of our team, you will be a critical component to provide guidance on processes, systems, and communications to internal and external customers.
You will drive process improvements to simplify transactions and contract management from beginning to end.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
